If you have not already done so, you (or your organization's administrator) should access the account settingsfor your Partner Center account. Sign in to the commercial marketplace dashboardin Partner Center with the account you want to access. If you’re part of multiple accounts and have signed in with a different, you can switch accounts.
Contact the Marketplace Call Center. Make sure you have your username. We may ask for your full name, date of birth, and two more pieces of information — like your Social Security Number, application ID number, full address, or phone number — to verify who you are.
